The beauty of these creatures is simply staggering. The complexity mind blowing. So many legs and swimmerets and feeding palps and flagella etc etc, and they don’t even have a proper brain! As such they just keep growing until they get eaten.
An interesting aside, in Victorian times, lobster, or sea chicken, was so looked down on that prisoners were not to have it more than twice a week!
